Warranty Instructions
Warranty for Inverter.
1- This is your product warranty, only available for end user who have purchased from an authorized distributor. Buyer must read it and get stamped by a distributor.
Company Warranty.
1- Company provides warranty repairs only for IP21 inverters this starts from the date of purchase, Technically Company is liable for changing parts 2 times it covers only electrical parts. PCB changing for once in 1st year of purchase, Except (Plastic body, rubbers and wires).
2- This warranty never covers any part in case of burn, damage, over loading, substandard wiring and usage if inferior quality battery.
3- Service and maintenance will be charged from buyer after 1st year of purchase.
4- Defective Inverter receiving and sending cargo charges should be paid by buyer.
5- It is compulsory to submit photo copy of warranty card and to show original warranty card for confirmation to be claimed.
6- Inverter warranty is free for first 12 months 2 times only and should be charged for next 48 months.
7- Replacement warranty for IP65 inverters is 3 years 2 years Service Warranty.
Warranty Void.
Anyaccidental damage, misuse changing or removing any number/date on product and warranty card.
Note.
This warranty and product are
under Pakistan laws, any complications will be solved by courts In Lahore.
Under warranty customer is liable to pay service and parts charges.
Company is authorized for free warranty claim available only for 2 times in 1st year of purchase,
Company is covering free of charge service warranty for next 4 years, buyer only charged for The parts.
